Not in terms of anything obvious or physical (I am not a sixteen-year-old skateboarder in love with my best friend, for instance), but something about writing Zeke felt so familiar and comfortable to me I drew a lot of his emotional reactions to things directly from my own reactions to things.ĭialogue is a fun thing, and something I do think I'm pretty good at-one thing that I try to focus on is making each character sound consistent, and, if possible, completely distinct from one another.
